When we arrived late in the evening with our child, we were greeted by super helpful staff at the reception. We got a quiet room, much more spacious than we are used to, with extra kids bed and large, comfortable king bed for us. Bathroom was like brand new, seemed to be recently remodelled. Overall spotlessly clean! Big plus for the restaurant downstairs (Champs - very tasty mix of American & Polish cuisine, highly recommended), which stayed open until late so we could eat late dinner (after 22:00).

I’ve know the place for a long time and have always enjoyed the restaurant, but this time we got to experience from the guest’s perspective and also as someone who decided to host a party there (70th birthday); everything was perfect from the hotel room and its amenities, incredibly kind staff, delicious food and really well organized event. We will be coming back while visiting Wadowice! Thank You Hotel Lyson for having us!

Hotel is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Service very nice and feiendly. Breakfast vary tasty and briliant coffee! In this price range is not easy to get this sort of hotel. I could go there with family and spend longer time. I am very pleased with the quality of the hotel and service. I recommend to everyone who like high standard and don't like to overpay. Some hotels which cost three times more are not so good like this one. Highly recommend!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was like new, very clean and comfortable. The parking was free. Breakfast were quite basic, but for us it was enough. We had dinner in restaurant and we were surprised - the dishes were tasty, nice decorated and good value for money. Thank you, we will return!
